Blog in Process

Hello, welcome to my blog.

I am in the process of creating an online place to share my upcoming events/storytelling gigs and also let people know about my work as a maggidah, Jewish storyteller and inspirational speaker.

Please check back soon and I hope to have more up and posted.

Warmly,
Liora

On the second day of the week, the sixteenth day of the month of Tevet
The year 5766 from the creation of the world, here in Brooklyn, New York,
With the help of God
Be a maggid, a teller of tales, and speak sacred words to the seed of Jacob. These are the words you shall speak to the Children of Israel. In the golden chain of lineage of Rabbi Reb Shlomo Carlebach and Rabbi Reb Zalman Schacter-Shalomi, in the chain of the holy Baal Shem Tov, of Eliyahu ha-Tishbi and Ahiyah ha-Shiloni, of our master Moshe Rabbeinu, and up to the heart of heaven,
May the power from our hands and this s’micha from heaven penetrate your soul forever. With this, we support, strengthen, and uphold the hands ofLiora Rahel Abrahams-Brosbe To live a life of the spirit, making the rounds, knocking on all doors, the doors facing each other, the door of the Temple, the gates of the heart, the Heart of IsraelTo return those who are lost, lost to mind, the Mind of the Most High,With stories that draw the heart of Israel and cause them to awaken. Arise, shine, for your light has come!Tell, tellAwaken, awakenReturn, return the People of Israel in complete repentance, from love.So shall you bless, and merit to see the raising of the honor of Israel, in joy.

Go with this your holy power to reveal the wondrous light hidden in Jewish hearts and save the People of Israel.
